Blazen Natural Vitality does not deliver products to PO Boxes. All parcels must be signed for.
Therefore in order to receive no further charges for shipping, we highly recommend that you use a ‘work’ or ‘personal’ address that reaches you personally during business hours for all orders.

You should read these before making use of the website and placing any orders. Your use of the website indicates your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions.

Blazen can at any time make changes to the Terms and Conditions without notice to you. If using this website following a change you are agreeing to the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by any change you should discontinue use of the website.


Any order placed using this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges described) at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions.

Blazen retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, an error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website.
You and Blazen will only enter into an official agreement once confirmation of receipt of your order and payment, is forwarded to you via email from Blazen.


All products purchased from Blazen are supported by their own manufacturer’s warranties.
Specific warranty information for each product is available on its product page or alternatively by contacting us for more information.


Customers must inform Blazen prior to product order completion and product dispatch if they would like to cancel their order. Cancellations and Refunds are not available after this time.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products
If products arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, and Blazen is notified within 2 working days of customer receipt of goods, then Blazen will consider whether a replacement, refund or credit note (less any return delivery fees), is in order. Blazen will endeavor to satisfy any such eligible requests for returns through the appropriate manufacturer or servicing agent who will provide support, determine any technical faults and arrange return delivery.

However Blazen and its manufacturer partners can only accept returns of items found to be faulty, damaged or not the item that was purchased.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives faulty, or becomes faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period, there is a flat $15 return delivery fee.
One of Blazen’s service partners will provide support, determine any technical faults and arrange return delivery.


Due to ongoing manufacturing improvements and alterations, no returns can be provided for fully working and undamaged products that simply differ, within reasonably similar consistency, with it’s online product description or the preconceived expectations of the purchaser.
Blazen endeavors to provide a high level of product information, customer support and service.
Blazen cannot accept returns nor refund products on the basis that the customer wasn’t satisfied with their choices, so please choose consciously.


All our products are sourced directly from their authorised suppliers and delivered with the highest level of care, efficiency and affordability.


The prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however Blazen reserves the right to change prices at any time. All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be received in full before any order can be dispatched to you.


The prices displayed on this website include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) wherever it is required to do so.
The Blazen website has been intended for use by Australian residents only.


Gift vouchers and coupons may sometimes be used as partial payments towards any eligible items for purchase on the website.
Gift vouchers and coupons may not be refunded nor exchanged for cash.


Here at Blazen we do our best to ensure your order arrive as timely as possible and within any requested time periods.

Blazen will deliver to most addresses within Australia only. Blazen will not deliver to international locations at this time.

All freight costs are waived (FREE) on orders over $100!

Please allow around 1-5 working days for delivery, (from when the order has been confirmed and completed by Blazen). However subject to any increase in orders, large distances, or other obligations, this may increase or change.

Blazen endeavors to provide an ETA with every order, however please note that these are provided by the relevant third party delivery service and cannot be considered a guarantee. You will be notified immediately if your order we will be knowingly delayed beyond this expectation. Blazen cannot be held liable for any unforseen delays in expected transit times.

As a guide to delivery ETAs please refer to the list below (for all Metro areas):

Brisbane, 4000 – 1 day
Sydney, 2000 – 1 day
ACT, 2600 – 2 days
Melbourne, 3000 – 2 days
Adelaide, 5000 – 3 days
Perth, 6000 – 7 days
Darwin, 0800 – 7 days

Signature Required
Blazen will deliver certain items using couriers or Australia Post’s parcel service, so a signature will likely be required. Therefore, we recommend that you chose a work/well occupied address (during business hours 9am-5pm Mon-Fri) for all orders.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest delivery depot (which may not be close to you).

Re-delivery Costs
Please note that if you fail to receive the delivery on first attempt, and you are not able or willing to pickup from the nearest delivery depot, and a re-attempted delivery to your address is required, a further delivery charge will be incurred.

Where the nominated courier has arrangements with Australia Post for customers to collect unsuccessfully delivered parcels from an Australia Post Office or Hub, the receiver will be left a card advising where to collect from.
A redirection and administration fee amounting to $23.50 (incl. GST) will be charged to the original purchaser for all shipments forwarded to an Australia Post Office or Hub.

If there is no arrangement in place between the courier and the local Australia Post Office or Hub, the receiver will be left a card from the courier advising the delivery attempt failed.
A second delivery fee, which will amount to the original freight cost plus an admin fee of $5.50 (incl. GST) will then be charged to the original purchaser for the second attempt to deliver. Any unsuccessful attempts to deliver thereafter will each incur the same charge as the second delivery fee.

Please note that risk for loss or damaged product/s passes to the customer upon delivery by the courier to the customer’s nominated delivery address.

If the breach relates to goods purchased Blazen may choose to replace the goods or pay the cost of replacing the goods.
